To commemorate Earth Day, El Centro College gave home to 80 turbines on top of Dallas' El Centro College. The newest addition is Dallas County's first-ever wind farm. It's enough to generate electricity to power 2,000 of the college's computers. The school's vice president for business affairs, David Browning when he noticed how windy it was around campus.
